Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so - unless partial work has been completed.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

Due to the custom nature of mapping services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

If partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered, minus time already spent.

Completed projects are non-refundable.

Delivery: Maps are delivered digitally via email or secure download within the agreed timeframe.
